The MBA is currently looking for a bookkeeper based in midtown Kingston, or in Kingston, NY.
Responsibilities include
- Managing and recording expenses and income in QuickBooks.
- Distributing payments for contractors and vendors working with the Midtown Business Alliance.
- Prepare end-of-year tax filings.
-Prepare financial reports to assist in grant applications.
